Kid – I share your frustration about not being able to post pics in your comments. Through trial and error, I have found that if you are LOGGED IN on your account, YOU CANNOT POST pics in comments.
If you are NOT LOGGED IN, and are posting a comment, there is a little clickable pic icon on the bottom right of the comment box that will let you post a local pic. Click that icon, select where your pic is, and presto – there it is.
If you want the comment and pic to be referenced to you, just add your username (kidkiwi) and an (FAKE- [email protected]) email in the fields below the comment box.
I have to use 2 different browsers (Firefox and Chrome, one logged in and one not logged in) to be able to do this when I want to post a comment with pics.
I’ve asked the Mod about this (logged-in users not being able to post pics) but they never got back to me.

I have previously succeeded in adding an image to a comment, maybe that was just a fluke. But never again.
Logged out & miraculously that little image icon appears. Who would know.

1- it wasn’t incognito. That’s why I I put your name on top. It was posted by you and addressed to me and another user. I tried to find the post but can’t remember which one it was.
2- on AL it’s just plain Hoser (like on here)
FYI I also managed a while ago, to include a pic link in a post, but like you could never re-create it again.
